Scope of works: Oliver Connell & son started works on the Tottenham Hale during the Summer of 2019, this was a particularly challenging project due to the location of the site on a busy junction and the building footprint taking up the majority of the site. OCS utilised our jump formwork system for the cores to remove the large storage areas required and reduce the floor turnaround times and worked closely with our supply time to ensure deliveries were brought to site on a just in time basis to assist in the successful delivery of the scheme.
