Scope of works: Oliver Connell & Son Ltd were appointed by St Modwen to construct three large blocks close to Uxbridge Town Centre. We were awarded all groundworks, drainage and reinforced concrete packages which included attendance to ground investigation and piling, deep drainage, construction of two basements and structural frame. This project was fully managed and resourced by our project team which utilised three tower cranes, two placing booms and both mobile and static concrete pumps. Peri Table decking was used to minimise wastage while gaining time on programme. We completed this project ahead of schedule and within budget.
